AVM- Around View Monitor uses cameras on every side to “see” objects or vehicles around you. Then it presents your surrounding environment in a composite bird’s-eye perspective on the central screen.

Gotta buy an import for this....see ya.... pun intended

When the bottom of the curb, or concrete tire stop reaches the bottom of the V I know the tip of the nose is about 6 inches away from the curb.

Crazy I know but it works 100% of the time for me. So my advice would be to park the car with someone guiding you until you are at the spot you want. Notice where the curb is in relation to the V that was mentioned above. Practice a few times with your helper to confirm that you are doing it right.

This method is very hard to explain. Basically, find a landmark on the car that you can use in relation to the curb, or concrete tire stop.

Trying to figure out where the back end of this car is is a whole other issue though, I often back into a parking space, get out of the car and realize the back end is about 3 feet forward of where I thought it was
Big problem parking between cars when I have to for the front and rear
Also the curb how do you keep from getting curb rash on your wheels

Buy 4 rear parking sensor package.

2 sensors on each wheel. It will give you a min of 12 in of warning.

Sounds good but I don't have that option. I'll have to try it with existing mirror.
