Put the top on. Just kidding I had my top off today and really did not notice an unusual amount of wind. It felt less than what you would get in a true convertible to me, and I had the windows down. I am not sure if there are any aftermarket windscreen type options for the coupe. Good luck and enjoy the ride.
I hate having the top off due to the wind/noise and also hate the look.
The top on my car has come off about 3 times in the 20K miles i've had it and I dont anticipate it ever coming off again. I took it off for those times for my gf and even she got sick of it.
It's like a convertible and you will muss up your hair unless you shave your head like me. It is like someone that gets a motorcycle and doesn't want any wind hitting them - stay in a car then.
"Took my top off for the first time. Both windows up, got allot of wind in the driver /passenger area. Any ideas?
ENJOY IT! Roll your windows down and feel the breeze in your face...enjoy the fresh air. That's what it's all about IMO. If you don't enjoy it, button-up and put the a/c on. If you just want the sunlight...buy a clear top.
Put the windows down, it's quieter and doesn't look as stupid .
I agree! If you got the freakin top off then roll down your windows. Leaving the windows up is like putting an elevator in an outhouse. It makes no sence!

Max
maybe someone here on the forum will know where...but, i heard they do sell some sort of clip or hook and keeps your rear hatch cracked just a bit and lessen the buffeting your feeling when window are closed...ask around...see if it will help your cause...
Thanks ! I will try with Windows down. The overall felling was fantastic, did highway 17 over to Santa Cruz and south to Monterey, vettes are made for this type of road.

I have one, cost about $50 - it works, but it really looks stupid going down the road with the hatch part way up - and everyone skeeps pointing and yelling. So I got a partition and it works almost as well to cut down on the turbulence.

You really should try it with the windows down as there is not as much wind buffeting. As far as the wind goes, the Corvette Museum has come up with a solution. It can be found here http://store.corvettemuseum.com/detail.aspx?ID=1772
Having the top off also makes for some pretty cool shots, like these I took today
I too find that the noise and (slight --- much less than my old C5) buffeting is sometimes bothersome......I always wear a Baseball hat when I have the top off and, for me, it really helps the overall feeling of what is going on.
