Factory Called
Last week I received a voice mail at work from somebody who said they were calling from the Corvette factory in Bowling Green. They wanted to answer any questions I had on my car and give me the website of the factory where I can contact them if I had any questions. I thought this was a machine generated call but still thought it was a nice touch. Well, today at work I get a call again from the same person. A live person. The only question I had was to get the actual build date of my car. She said she would do it and within about 2 hours it was emailed to me. I asked her if they call all 30K + owners and try to make personal contact and she said they try. I thought that was quite a nice touch...

I don't answer my phone!
Due to caller I.D. and the fact that I am on the phone with work all the time, I barely answer the phone at home, even when it's a good friend. Had two vettes in the past couple of years and never received a call. I guess you have to have more of a history or worth more than me to warrant the prestigious call.

I have never got a "thank you" call!!!!! I'm jealous. I've purchased a new 2009,2008,2007,2006,2005,2004,2003 etc, etc and nobody has ever called to thank me. I guess by now they figured out, why call him he keeps buying a new one every year anyway.
On a another note, since I have one of the 09's with the snap crackle & pop top. I have been getting calls on assisting me with fixes and so far their working...... Next time one of you guys get a call tell them to call Alvin!!!
