i've had so many orders with them over the past 60 days I lose track. No, no problems here. Two orders currently pending (caps and dash letters).

I had a small problem with them having made a mistake in my home address, so the product went someplace else. Once we figured out why I did not recieve the emblems, they corrected it immediately. Good folks.

One slight problem with a computer glitch on checkout. Josh fixed it instantly! The products I have bought from RPI are OUTSTANDING in fit & finish.

I think I figured out the slight problem hear, I have it corrected as we speak, sorry, I was not aware the mats were not re-shipped.
