It's all the fault of those money grubbing oil companies and the tree hugging liberals who won't let us drill for oil and the two oil men who sent us hunting for Osama but ended up finding Sadam and the LEO's who enforce FLP laws and those who chose F55 over Z51 and XM over Sirius and... wait, did I just go off in a different direction?

seriously, I understand your concern. I am all about getting opinions but if an opinion you or I have has been mentioned or addressed, just move on. There was a thread a few days back about how to keep fingerprints off the car and the guy lived at an apt complex. I was the 2nd or 3rd to answer and mentioned a nice car cover and to try to park in a corner spot. I had some other thoughts but after checking the thread the other day, there were about 5 or 7 or more people with the car cover thought. I dont get it either, if you are too lazy to read through the whole 3 pages of posts, why bother posting. No flaming please but the op has a point....

That is why it is called a public forum. Everyone has the same chance to respond. Sometimes I reply without even reading other responses before me so I don't know if it is a duplicate, but it is my own personal opinion.

I love it when threads twist and turn; it is extremely interesting.

Then a member will post more of the same answers and bring that thread back to the top. I was looking at how many threads the answers are there WITHIN 2 responses but you will get another dozen or so answers to that question. I also love all the thumbs up that bring the thread back to the top or the I agree smiley that works the same way. I was just thinking that once you get a few of the SAME answers to your questions you can lock the thread and store it for members to use the search mode.
For example when a member asks how to reset his windows to work when he uses the door and there are 50+ responses to that thread I find that overkill.

Try being on here for 8 years, and answering questions about the same things. Then some newbie is an expert and disagrees with you LOL
