I know most of the responses here are useless to the thread. After a question has been answered by a few members and your response is an exact dupe so why post that response again? Is it really about the post count? Is it that they were to lazy to read the previous pages to see if someone already said it?

True, but ya gotta admit, there were some pretty damn funny responses to this thread "like one time... at Band Camp"
I can understand when someone asks a question and a forum member posts a response in which he/she makes it sound like they're not sure of their answer, then another member posts and affirms their response.
But sometimes I cut and paste an answer for someone from the owner's manual and I include the page number(s) and which model year owner's manual, but someone else posts the same answer right below mine, just formatted differently. That doesn't make sense unless they're just trying to pad their post count.
