No. There is nothing you can do about people who are inconsiderate. I don't waste my time because nothing you will say or do will change them.

Confession is good for the soul.

I think it's great that you learned a valuable lesson in this encounter.
You're probably like the rest of us, though, and the real challenge is to not repeat. Anthing can happen and you never know who you are dealing with.

I think you would feel much better by apologizing to him. The best way to do it might be by spelling SORRY in his newly cut grass with your tires....

Just kidding, it happens. Hopefully nothing else comes from this.

I can see you have anger management issues.

around here, most cities have ordinances against blowing and leaving yard crap in the street. however, it's not enforced and really can't be. i used to be very **** about the same situation. just blow thru there fast and not much will adhere to the car. now my real pet peeve, is people or cities, watering the street. if i can see it way ahead, i detour.

Mower discharge is "yard waste" and there are ordinances governing it as a littering offense, when it is not properly swept up or collected and disposed of.

You have the right to complain about it...and should.

Maybe try a call to your local enforcement dept. and see what they tell you before getting too worked up about it. There is of alot unconsiderate people out there that think it is their right to "litter" the streets and not think a thing about it.

I think we've all been there at one time or another. As tempting as it sometimes is, be thankful you didn't start bangin' on each other. I just think of my kids and what kind of an example that would set. I've got too much to lose to be swinging on some guy on the side of a street. I'm glad it worked out OK.

Don't feel bad, I just turned 49 and I am worse now than I ever have been when it comes to selfish, inconsiderate people! My biggest pet peve is left lane lizzards that refuse to move over when they have been politely asked. I sometimes wish I had a ballbat with me but I know I would go to jail.

I know what most of you are thinking, but here is my point. I can overlook stupidity, we all do stupid things. But I can't toloerate selfish, inconsiderate as$holes. You know the ones who pull out in front of you and THEN go very slow. Or the ones that see you sitting at the intersection and don't signal. Our society is so full of narcissism, it makes me sick.

If the guy saw you, then I would of done the same thing. If he didn't see you then you might of overreacted.............just my .02

I'm with you Vattamous. I've done similar things and felt bad later but at the time it seemed teh right thing to do.

How is Millington? I spent a lot of time there on four different occassions. Semper Fi.

We've all either done something like that or came near. Glad it didn't go any further. Learn and forget about it.

Just doesn't make any sense to upset over pine needles and grass. To turn around and back is even worse. Down here in Florida a Federal officer just got shot in the head and killed in front of his daughter over a little road rage incident, life is to short to try **** like this these days. People are just plain crazy.jmo

Same everywhere, everyone thinks they can blow their clippings into the street, it pisses me off also.

How utterly gentleman-ly of you. That "jerk" was doing a job, what were you doing, driving your car?

Yes I agree, you should have waited and not put on a display by speeding past and laying on the horn.

But no one is perfect. Live and learn; next time you'll behave better
