I wouldn't want them. They are more like headlight, quarter panel, hood and windshield washers and they activate automatically if the headlights are on and you operate the windshield washers.
I can't imagine a time when the lights would be so dirty that such a gizmo would be necessary. The sharply swept back nature of C6 headlights tends to keep them very clean under all conditions I've experienced.
The last thing I would want is to see spray all over the front of the car just because the windshield needed it!!
Mercedes-Benz (and some Volvo?) cars here in the US, some have headlight washers AND wipers.
My Porsche Carrera has headlight washers - I have no idea how to operate ‘em.
The Corvette's operate automatically every X times you use the windshield washer (I think every fifth time). I assume the other manufacturers do the same since I have never seen a separate control for operating them. I think that is how the European regulation is written ...
