Warning: You might not get wave back from ZHZs
I usually do not get a wave back from Hertz rentals. Also once got a eye roll from a Cyber Grey.

Have to disagree about C-4. Just yesterday, in Bayside, NY, stopped next to a C-4 at a traffic lights. We both waved.
I too wave to all Vettes when I see them.

Few wave here in Orlando. I would say the worst group about the wave are the Z06 owners, I've never received a wave from someone in a Z06

Too many to wave at for me
Wave at the vettes
Wave at other Harleys
Wave at boats while on the water
Its getting to be a bit much. I can deal with the vette wave. But Ive noticed on motrcycles there are morons more obsessed with waving than paying attention to the road ahead. Go ahead wave but be safe

The wave is pretty well used here in Fla. I find the wave isn't dependent on any particular year vette.Waves are exchanged by any and all years.

I've owned a C4, a C5 and now a C6 and I always try to wave. Now and then I may not see the other vette until it is too late, but I try to
always wave no matter what the other generation of vette is. If I see another nice car like a Viper or a Ferrari or a Lotus or Lamborghini then I'll give a thumbs up.

As the proud owner of an '08 VY Z06
When I bought my 1st Vette in 1976, the dealer explained the wave to me and I've been waving ever since.

I wave at all Vette owners, sometimes they wave back and sometimes they dont. Sometimes a Vette sneaks up on me and i dont have time to wave, i'm sure it's the same for other Vette drivers.

This is what I see also. However, the wave is not a new thing. It's been alive and well since almost the beginning.
