Launch Control
The button on my console allows me to turn off TC, Active Handling, and has a setting for Competition Driving.
I don't ever plan on using "Competitive Mode".... so can the PCM be reprogrammed somehow to simulate Launch Control?

The 'computer' system is integrated with the controlled, MR suspension. The launch control system automatically limits engine torque to keep the rear tires hooked up. It allows some wheel spin and progressively feeds in power to the wheels while adjusting the MR dampers. It recognizes a hard launch and completely softens the rear shocks on compression with full stiffening on rebound keeping the rubber on the road. The car will squat and go, rather than bounce. Some further info of interest:
Exclusive to the Corvette ZR1 is Performance Traction Management, the system integrates the Selective Ride, Traction Control and Active Handling systems and manages the vehicle's acceleration based on the conditions and driver's selection.
The Corvette Team re-engineered the ride control switch on the center console. The normal mode continues to give you the tour and sport adjustments on the shock absorbers, but switching into Competition Mode then brings up the Performance Traction Management. The ride control switch than illuminates to PTM Traction. Turning the switch then allows the driver to select the Traction mode.
