Got Keyed
I read about it all the time on CF and wouldn't think it would happen to me but...........
Some FN A$$***e keyed about 14 inches on passenger door of my 08' JSB with 3000 miles. Happened Sat night at a Club. Parked by a curb. Just a jealous fella!!
Soo Pissed....went to my body shop and gonna cost about $500.00. Too deep to buff out!!

And "some" people wonder why other people take the law into their own hands? Just try and imagine the FIREWORKS if you had caught the rat bastards doing it? I really hate to think what I'd do to some perp I caught keying my vette... 
I'd say whatever terrible thing that happens to a POS that gets caught keying someone's car is justice......
The courts are all but worthless because it's a simple fine and they are on their way doing it again! How about some POS get's 10 or 20 days in the country jail plus a huge fine? Now I'll bet that would greatly cut down on this kind of crap being done........

So sorry to hear about your Vette getting keyed...
I have learned to NEVER bring my nice cars to a club, bar, movie theater etc.. alcohol + groups of people = disaster. (Oh and highschoolers at movie theaters too.)
I once saw a group of kids dump a large milkshake over a Porsche at a theater. I wanted to beat them to a pulp and make them lick the milkshake up. But that would be assault. sigh..

Remember the American kid that vandalized several cars in Singapore years ago? The punishment...caning. Yes, everyone was up in arms with the punishment, but I bet he, and anyone else he talked to after that incident, thought long and hard about ever doing that again.

I agree. Even though we enjoy driving our vettes and showing our friends our rides, they are some places and they're some times of the day/night that's just not advisable. Hope it get fixed as good as new and fast!!!
