There are a lot of threads that were already started where the best headers were discussed. I suggest you do a little searching to find a ton of info on headers.

If it were up to me I would do Kooks 1 3/4 headers, with a catted x-pipe 3in inlet - 2 1/2in outlet. You don't need 1 7/8 headers unless you are making some serious power but if you plan on adding a supercharger, cam, or any other major performance addition consider the 1 7/8.

American Racing, 1 3/4, no cats, Corsa extremes. I picked up about 50rwhp with this setup.

There are several good brands and everyone has their own preference. It was never a question for me....I wanted LG Pro long tube headers. I suggest you contact LG Motorsports directly and see what they recommend.

My C6 has kooks 1 7/8 long tubes no cats. Had them installed when I added cam. The mechanic that did the install said that he has put various brands of headers on, but that the kooks were the best fit out of all of them.

I went with Dynatech http://www.afabcorp.com/AFCO_Dynatec...tegory_Code=c6

The dealership mechanic who installed them said they fit very well.

I would be more than happy to discuss any one of our headers and what they can do for your Corvette. We have a number of different models and sizes to cover everyone's needs.

One thing that isn't always brought up, but our headers are covered for life to the original owner.

American Racing hands down. 1 3/4 or 1 7/8 if you are planning on going FI down the road.

kooks 1 7/8 if you decide to do cams or anyother engine mods

kooks 1 3/4 if your just doing the exhaust , intake and tune.

there was a hge holdup on new kooks headers a couple weeks ago when i was geting my car modded at cartek.

it took kooks almost 3 weeks to make the headers thats how busy they were.... but it was well worth the wait

I'm hoping we have some vendors show up at Fun-Fest in Sept that will be doing installs. I want/need some LT headers.
