Vette Got Keyed...
I was parked outside a University residence, and in about 2 hours my car got keyed. It is a machine silver 2007 C6 convertible and the trunk lid, rear, right door, and right front fender all got keyed. I was pissed! The marks will not buff out. So a new paint job is going to be needed. Stupid kids...

Ditto....sorry to hear about this. Not to mention, I have always liked silver colored Corvettes. I once had a new silver Dodge Omni 024 in college (yeah...this goes back to the 1980's) and I came out to find my whole door bashed in. The body shop never could match the door color and the insurance company would not pay to paint the whole car. So I had to pay a new car payment with a different color on my door. You were just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Damn, I'm sorry to hear that. I know exactly how ya feel. Some people out there just have no respect. Back when I had my Honda Roadster it got smashed all to hell by some unknown individuals at a concert. Now with my Vette I'm even more paranoid and stressed leaving her out of my sight as unfortunately there are lots of evil jealous people out there.
I'm sure you'll get her all fixed up and back to normal again.

AND...These kids are our future! BS! I bet it was some college kid living with "daddy's money" or just some kid that never worked for a dime. Give me a young man or woman that got out of high school, spent a few years in the military then went to college, and you have a true adult! these little freaken punks that go streight to college get a degree then thinks this country owes them something is just plain crap! If I was you, I would want to find the kid, beat his *** then send him to a third world country for A YEAR!

i only drive mine and park it briefly if my wife or i remain in it.
i had a car keyed two years ago(not the vette) and i know the shock and anger that kicks in.
did you check if there were any security cameras that might have caught the creep?
