Once a year, but I only wash it 4-6 times a year so it lasts.
But I will Klasse twice a year. If I really want special attention I will use the Ice. But then that leaves me with the dust problem later, but it does POP.
My Vette is a year round daily driver. I do a comprehensive polish and seal twice a year. I do a good wash maybe every couple of weeks and dust off in between as needed. Once in a while I will use a speed shine on a clean surface to gloss it up a bit. The car always looks great!
4 years old next week. washed 4 times and waxed 3 times.
6 years this past Oct.
Washed at least yearly, once went 13 months.
Wax every other year. CA duster every few weeks. Still looks great!
At 6 years the C6 and finish doing better than the C5 at the same age.
I never waxed my ZR-1 over a period of 17 years! The C6 has never been waxed at all. Paint on both cars pop and shine without wax just by using Rejex or polish and detail spray only. Both cars live or lived indoors in less than harsh weather. Learned years ago about wax build up and yellowing. Waste of time, energy and money in this part of the world..

Paint sealants (like Rejex) are just another form of waxing. They are synthetic waxes. Also there are some great myths on traditional waxes and yellowing. Commonly its the products within the wax (polishes, cleaners) that cause color differences. Most 'nuba based waxes actually wear down and wash away over time. You can however use a polish (abrasive) or cleaner (chemical) to remove any old product as desired.
As expected a big range and difference. But I don't get how some say they never do? That's just crazy to me. Poor car! bring it by I'll do it in 20 minutes.
I have a lot of reading to do... Not much of a car detailer. I typically just get in and drive. Yet, my car is in immaculate condition and I want to participate in car shows, etc. So my wife purchased this today from Auto-Geeks:
