A friend of mine who has a C5 Z06 received a catch can with a mod he did to his engine. It was simply the kind of water/air separator you see on a shop air compressor with a drain **** on the bottom of the glass bowl. They sell for about $10 at Harbor Freight.
He gave me the catch can that came with the engine mod because, his car vanity insisted on a kewl billet aluminum can.
I'm wondering if this type of separator will work just as well. I know it doesn't look as cool. I haven't installed in on my C6.
