I think those instructions are saying don't take an orbital machine and menzerna or other professional polisher and buff on top the Rejex, then it will come off.
Rejex is meant to protect the car paint against all kinds of chemicals and weather.. applying a carnuba like pinnacle on top of Rejex is not going to take it off. Besides, Autogeek has also recommened if you use wax, use it on top of the Rejex, NOT underneath.
Just put some Pinnacle Souveran on top of my Rejex today. I have done it since I have purchased my Vette. Rejex last's just as long. Looks awesome.
Rejex is the best. Easy on...last several months. I get several positive comments on the car each week. Rain, snow...whatever. I'm drivin' & smilin'. What a car! What a country!
Only thing better than a coat of Rejex is TWO coats of Rejex !!!
I think the problem is that when you put coat of carnuba wax over the Rejex is that you then have to remove that carnuba before putting on another coat of Rejex!!!!!
As much as i love rejex,i wanted to chime in.I have been using rejex off and on for about 5 years..After it was brought up here i decided to do my own test on the rear. I put a coat of rejex on the rear because it was stated that the dust and debris didn't stick anymore.I found this to be false.I waxed it in the morning after a drive for the day there was still dust on the back, may be less than before but still dust. Just my 2 cents.
Rejex is a great product and have used it for many years on a Gibson all fiberglass houseboat and I use it in my detailing of Airplanes... Seems to last longer that most other products. Have found that it does not work that well on White finish's, such as my 07' C6..Zanio works better....we also have a white Park Ave. it is a 96' model and the paint looks almost new, of course it has had the Zanio products...
Rejex does work well on glass and chrome...better than most everything else:
I was given a bottle of Rejex for Christmas but have never used the product before. The label does say it can be applied to metal. So my question is can you use Rejex on polished Gumby's to prevent pitting without disturbing the rims finish?
Thanks.

You admitted yourself there was less dust. Thats really all you can ask for. There is no miracle product that makes it impossible for anything to stick to it. Rejex offers great durability and definitely helps out with crap (bugs, dust, etc) sticking to your paint. You have to decide whats best for you. I'm always trying different products, but I always seem to come back to Rejex
