anyone use Equus code reader/scanner ?

A friend that runs a napa store says 3160 or 1403 would be great for my needs. Anyone have experience with these or Equus brand in general?

Equus makes a quality tool....I've got an Equus/Innova 3100 OBD2 tool. It was sort of their mid-range tool when I bought it 4 or so years ago. It's updateable and does everything I need it to. I don't use it all that often but it comes in handy on occasion.

I have the Equus 3110 and have had good luck with it. I've never used it on my C6 but I have checked many neighbors and relative cars and they think I'm a great mechanic.

Absolutely and is a excellent diagnostic tool and code reader...obviously does OBDII but also CAN and website support is tops>>>
