Got a pile of snow from the plow in front of the third garage door were the Vetts live, er hibernate. Live south of Cleveland in the snow belt. My Tahoe is already salt encrusted. Once they salt the roads unless it all melts and a heavy rain washes away any residue my Corvette season is over. Wah

Took ours to Milwaukee last Friday to see the Christmas Carol at Milwaukee's Pabst Theater followed by dinner at Karl Ratzsch's. We found we had overnight snow back in Manitowoc when we got home on the 24th. A little slop on the roads but not too bad...we drive the C6 all winter when the roads permit it.

So its now 12/29/11 and we havent seen an ounce of snow here in NYC. Last year at this time we had well over 2 feet. I am more than happy with this cause the vette just runs great in the 40 degree weather weve been having. Wondering if you guys jumped the gun with winter hibernation or if your still driving yours as well.
Happy new year guys.
Happy new year guys.
I knew who you were asking if we were still driving our Corvettes, and it wasn't the FL, TX, CA etc. folks.
Mine will be driven all winter unless the snow gets a bit too much, and it will clean up just fine. Other than the few days around Christmas, when the family was in South Bend, IN visiting family, mine has been on the road every day.
I saw several 'vettes on the road coming home from SB, so I'm not alone. My car got a nice bath today to get the pre-Christmas rain spots off.
