I as you have a LMB C6-06, I have done a lot of work to her over the past two years. You should look at my pictures, and see the thinks i have done. PULL up TIM$VETT and go to my albums. Have a great time and Happy New Year.

Oh yeah meant to mention it's an A6 which I'm also clueless about. Can I ruin the engine if I don't know what I'm doing?

Thx

congrats on your new c6. the advice about driving in cold weather should really be taken seriously. stock run flats have very little grip in weather 50 degrees and below. also be especially careful driving in the rain even at 60 mph on the interstate-you can lose it easily there as well. take it easy for a while until you get a good feel for your car- remember the power of these cars is awesome, most new drivers are shocked at their performance capabilities. enjoy and wave with a big grin on your face.

Thanks man all the little tips are adding up to great information for me. Yeah I don't even whiff the vette if it's wet outside let alone raining. That's what the good ole corolla is for lol.

That is a sweet ride looking very clean. You detail it yourself? I love those black rims but only black on black. Black on blue is just forcing it haha. Congrats on your pretty car!

Thanks. Yes, I detail it myself. Not sure I would let anyone else touch it. I polished and then waxed it two days after I got it. Garage kept with a cover. 07 with 17k

The black wheels really change the look. Next is to black out the side markers.

DO NOT drive it like you stole it. Drive like granny on the roads. Go to the local autocross or dragstrip and have a blast.

Excellent move! Of those wheel pictures you posted, I like the looks of the first set. But what I like only matters on MY VETTE--- and the only opinion that counts regarding YOUR VETTE is what YOU LIKE! Never forget that.
