There must have been 30 lil flys all over the car when i got back to it. And lil pooooo spots!!!
After washing the car i realized there was over 50 poo spots all over it again!!
Put car back into garage. Grrrrrrrr
kinda think you are on to something with the detail spray -- I frequently come out of work where the car has been sitting all day and find numerous flies on it (machine sliver) -- cars parked around it don't appear to have any on them -- I do use detail spray (Meguiars etc)
Well, flies are better than bird crap. Several years ago there were discussions on several car forums about birds pooping on dark blue and black cars. The theory is that birds usually poop over water (very considerate of them), and dark, shiny cars down below look like water.
Flies love my AW also. Use Meguiars Quick Detailer also.

. . . . flies are natural 'de composers' often looking for a place to lay eggs. they also feed on nectar's so are often attracted to something sweet possibly perfumes. any substance that emanate gasses and odors of degeneration (rotting) will also attract them.
