I didn't think about it, I put them in my backyard water fountain/pond, they are pretty cool but not as bright as the single-color LEDs. I even have the dimming LED strips all over my bookcase-entertainment center.
Tell me about it, this was like the sixth time I removed the consoles and bezel, just so tough because of the five plugs that have to be disconnected. Oh well ...
Yep. The way I look at it the more times it comes out, the more chances I have to break something by rushing it due to frustration.
When I put had my current 7160 stereo put in by PENTAVOLVO we had that thing out 3 times as the leather wrapped radio bezel from DSVettes didn't fit the first time and had to be rebuilt by them.
Hopefully after this round of mods this will be the last time.....
Is that on a loop or can the color be selected and left so you can have a diff color each day/week, etc.
it has I think over 50 variations of what you want to do. You can leave it on one color at any set of brightness or have it it go through all the colors at different speeds etc... It's actually a pretty cool set up.
