If I get or make a phone call I just unbuckle my seat belt, put down my beer, steer wth my knees, open console with my elbow, sort through all the crap with my right hand till I find the fuse, lean all the way over to the passenger foot well, pull the rug down and plug away till I fell it snap into an open receptical.Usually the wrong one so it takes 4 or 5 tries. No big deal.Be safe out there bros!!!!

Should have just pulled the fuse. Purchased my first Corvette last September and quickly installed the NPP switch. I'd turn it on and off throughout the week. There were some days when i didn't like the loud drone. However, after a few months, I became POSSESSED by the sound of it and now leave it open 24/7. Anyone else?

Bought a LG Man ****, but pulled the fuse before I got it installed and haven't looked back. I did install a Partition and Vettebin and it may have cut down on the drone, because it's not an issue. My wife and I can even carry on a conversation on the interstate...

My neighbors think there are 2 different grey vettes in the neighborhood, because I mix it up with open and quiet

I leave mine open all the time except when leaving for work early in the morning. Then I open them once I am on the open road.
I drove to Dallas to get my NPP installed. I had heard a lot about the drone so I expected I'd close the valves in the drive. I found that I can hear the radio fine and I like the rumble of the open exhaust.

I leave it in the open position 100% of the time. The only time I used the switch to close it was about 4 years ago to demo it for a friend. Love the sound at all speeds, at all times!

open all the time! Hell with the neighbors, full speed ahead!
Actually, one of my immediate neighbors loves the sound.
Just had a run up rt95 for 40 miles with my wife, and no complaints. She finally accepts it or is tired of complaining. Maybe, like Mikey....,
she likes it.Not a chance.

I made sure that I had a switch installed when I had the headers done because I knew it would be required. In stock form I would have just pulled the fuse and called it a day.

Florida is getting hotter everyday, so I have been running the ac more. I close them when the windows are up and the ac is on. If the windows are down then open all the way!

My most frequent passenger has a lower tolerance than me, but even I get tired of the "drone" when doing highway driving. So, after almost 4 years ownership I still use the switch when conditions warrant. I'd rather have the flexibility the switch provides.
