Already over 750 are pre-registered for the BASH, and we're still 6 weeks away!!! No doubt there are hundreds that are planning on attending that haven't registered, not to mention those that decide at the last minute!
This is going to be huge!! (but crowded at the same time )
Oh well, the price of fame (and the new Stingray! )
Randy and Mikey - sorry to hear of your troubles. I can certainly relate on both accounts. I hope things work out in both cases and will be thinking about you guys moving forward.
Deb, watch out now gettin' all wild and crazy in Nasvhille! I'm planning on hanging at Steve's one day/evening for a bit. I think that's just as far as Nashville but I'd love to go hang with y'all. I'll bring my boots!!!! This country girl can always go do some boot scootin'!
Hey Lisa,
Plenty of line dancing at the Wildhorse Saloon.............huge dance floor with plenty of room to strut those boots
bad news for those wanting to SIT in or touch the new c7
Just got this email direct from NCM
Anthony, although we will have 2 C7s, a coupe and a convertible, at the Bash, they are strictly show cars. production cars for Capture Test Fleet won't be produced until late April or early May and the first chance to sit in a car will be in June at our 60th Anniversary event when we will have 7-10 C7s in various forms available for up close inspection.

This is VERY unfortunate news for those of us ordering a stingray without ever having SAT in one, let alone driving it. I REALLY needed to know how the competition seats FEEL to know if I should order them or not, but, unlike every other bash, this is a hands off show, VERY bummed

At the 2011 bash they had quite a few 2012 Corvettes (first year with the current seats) but none of them had the new seats. What they did was bring over a display with a pair of the new seats installed so people could at least check them out. Maybe they'll do something similar this year by bringing over a display of the C7 seats.

Well that is good...I know the NCM checks out posts related to them on here so hopefully they see this. Adam Boca might have a little pull too. What ya say Adam...any chance that we can get a new C7 test seat rig created in time? Inquiring Corvette and want to be C7 owners want to know

I'm going to say I'm very bummed and quite disappointed in GM for not having a car(s) there for people to test out (sit, touch, feel, etc.). Of all the hype they've put into this car and knowing full well the Bash would be a prime opportunity for them to strut the cars stuff, they are ill prepared and I think that's sad. I really wanted to test both seats and get a feel for what the car feels like on the inside (not just what it looks like). They sure are making it difficult for me to decide to order one.

Par for the course
Sure am glad I decided to buy another C6. Closing on 68 this year. This next Corvette will most likely be the last one for me before I switch to a sedan like the new SS. In fact if the 427 I want gets sold, I'll just buy an SS from Mike Furman.
I know it's a tad early, but April will be here before you know it. How many forum members plan on going to the Bash next year and see the new C7 close up? The Mrs and I plan on being there and hope to meet up with some of the forum gang. Getting excited already and cant wait for April
Does anyone know if the there will be other T-shirts for sale at the bash? I went ahead and ordered one on my registration, but was hoping they will be there to sell as well.
I better raise my Credit limit. Think I can put a new stingray one thee ol card
Does anyone have a list going who is doing what each day/night?
I volunteered to park cars Friday from 10-1
Going to Montana's Thursday night and Nashville Friday night.
I believe there's a meet & greet for Forum friends Thursday @ 1
