Now u have 2 incomes. Get the Z and pay it off early. This may be your last chance. After the wedding things change. Been married 43 years. To many compromises....LOL.

Keep the car you have, add a supercharger and wide body fenders over time. I'd rather have a supercharged LS2 than an ls7 myself. Like others said, kids, house, the expense of being married. The car drops way down the list of priorities. Then she will resent the car. Trust me, I have 3 teenagers. I love my wife, I just picked up a modded 06 6 speed manual with low miles and love it. Beats my friends GS. Going to add the wide body fenders the a supercharger. If you sell that car before you get another vette, your going to be in trouble
Now this may sound sexist but I'm assuming you are the groom. If so, why are you paying for the wedding?
If you' re in your 20s or 30s, Wait you will. I'm 55 and finally getting around to my first Corvette. So remember those Z06 days fondly and consider yourself fortunate.

^^^ That's what'd I'd do. Life can be full of unexpected surprises, don't want to get caught over-extended. You'll still have a cool vette,...that'll be much faster than a stock LS7.
You'll be able to get the Z right after the wedding.......house......kids......brace s......MINIVAN.....college.......grad-school......their weddings........your grand-kids.......retirement.......and right before your untimely death, so your wife's new husband will get to enjoy it.

Reminds me of this old joke.
My wife told me she would we leave me if I bought this new car.
Sometimes I really do miss her.

Caitlin and I don't want to put our family through the expense. Her older sister ran up quite a tab for her parents in that department and it's not something we want our parents to be burdened with. They are contributing, but we've asked that they not take on any debt for the purpose.
There will certainly be time again. At least as of right now she's against the idea of children since she works with them daily in her career. That may change, but I've run out of space in my Condo as it is, so next step is certainly purchasing a larger house...with more garage spots!
I rarely meet young couples who are fortunate enough to have the bride's parents pay for the wedding. That will soon be "old fashioned." It is not uncommon for young newly weds today to pay for their own wedding.

exactly...but still, it doesn't mean one should be financially irresponsible. It's all about priorities...
