Cool idea for the swing out stairs. Are you hiring out some of the work?

I'm in the process of designing my 30'x60' (1,800 square feet) future garage.
I wanted to go 3,600 square feet, but I would have to build 2 separate buildings. Silly zoning rules.
My county will let me build two out buildings that size on my 3 acres.

Your space is looking good!

Thanks.... no hiring out of work except the intake & exhaust venting in the body shop room, the rest is with my own hands (and tools obviously).
