Yup, it's getting there, I'm pleased with it so far. Now I just need to find more time to completely finish it but it shouldn't be overly long now that drywall is up.
Soccer season starts up for the kids this weekend so a bunch of nights and weekends will be spent at the fields until the end of June.
Guess they've just about said it all... Can't really add much! Except it looks like she's gonna be a beaut'!! You're to be commended for what looks to be a "knockout" in the making!! Wife sounds like she's right on board, also!! You're a very fortunate guy, but it looks like you worked pretty hard to create your good fortune!! Can't wait for the finished product............
The garage is done (well, almost). I'm waiting on some vinyl overlays for the bland kitchen cabinets upstairs and I need to install the ventilation in the body shop but other that than we'll call this project finished. In winter I'll install the shower in the bathroom and get all the tile laid.
I need more signage and decorations but I'll do that over time. Also working on convincing my wife to let me buy a restored gas pump (spendy little suckers).
I have a 2nd Eagle 4 Post lift ordered that should be delivered towards the end of September. After I have that installed it’s back to working on cars again, which feels like a life time since I did any serious work on my cars.
Beautiful job! I was wondering however,(and not trying to be a jerk),just a q:How do you keep the fumes/plastic dust from accumulating upstairs? Some sort of exhaust system?

You're not being a jerk at all.... very good question. The toxic stuff is covered by the following.....
The woodshop has a dust collector vented to the vacuum on the first level next to the lift with an exhaust fan in the ceiling (with hepa filter) for varinish & glue fumes.
The body shop will (still needs to be installed - I have it all just, just trying to find the time to do it) have a cross flow ventillation system with fresh outside air coming in the room from the front of the room and an explosion proof 2000 cfm exhaust fall pulling the contaminated air outside through hepa filters on the rear of the room.
But yes, normall stuff done within the large space of the garage will get up to the loft but should be minimal.
Also I have outlets in the over head door to run hoses from the vehicles tail pipes to the outlet so I can run cars in the car in winter time without being overcome.

Good luck w/ that(seriously).I can see in the future, you may put in windows etc upstairs to help w/ plastic dust flying around.let us know how the filtering system works out when installed. I'm starting to get ideas.
Wow. It looks like you have everything you need except a bed. Outstanding job.
Well.... now that you mention it, the love seat in the loft actually reclines out to almost a flat position and it's really comfy so I guess if I needed to I could sleep there.
