We have replaced:

16 sets of tires
5 sets of brake pads/rotors
26 oil changes
2 sets of wiper blades
Over 430 car washes

We also recently replaced the original alternator - while it still charged, we replaced as a PM routine.
We've also replaced the wheel bearings at each corner.

Other than that, nothing else - This car has been a great car!! Nothing with the driveline/mechanicals have given issue, and she's still on the original clutch!!

You know the dude that gets into a brand new just off the assembly line corvette and drives it a few feet to a booth to run emission tests on EVERY new Corvette built and then drives it out has a nice job too...(at bowling green)

Two other things replaced as maintenance -
  • About 10 mos. ago we also replaced the original battery.
  • We also replaced the FOB Battery at about 85k mi., and will probably replace it again soon...

Excellant! I believe I seen the car at the Black Hills Corvette Classic along with a few other Callaway Corvettes. I don't remember what year it was but a couple of my friends bought brand new Callaway's right there on the spot. They both lived in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. It's amazing how reliable the Calloway Corvettes appear to be. I really like my job but I like yours better! Keep clocking those miles and I hope you can make it to 500,000!
