I'd vent the dryer outside too although I would imagine the hose would need cleaning often being so long...hence another problem.
thats VA state inspection sticker, you dont have a choice, you wear it and thats where they put it, they will pull you over in a heart beat without it........... if its expired, the State Boys esp like to jump on you.

Well I guess this is one point in favor of my much maligned home State of California....no crazy sticker in a really obnoxious spot.
That would drive me crazy..but then I would get used to it like everything else in life with familiarity.
