I have had to 're-index my drivers side window every couple of weeks. it works fine after 're-indexing for a couple weeks then stops closing completely. I then 're-index and all is good for a while, any suggestions?

good starting point

Something you also might look into is the grounding. I had a friend put a couple of robust grounds on his car, and he truly believes the whole electronics/car is performing better. After all these new cars are all about the electronics and sensors.

Yea, always suspect and work with the battery first. If that's okay, check this discussion for a "possible" cause: (solution in posts 14-16)

Thanks I am 99% sure it's not the battery. For some reason I missed the indexing with the window down, I will that and if need remove the door panel and reseat the connectors since that fixed the issue for bingo1105

OP: Maybe the door pads are going out, I had to replace both of mine a while back when things like that started to happen to my 07. Good Luck!

Any troubleshooting procedures for these or is it just remove and replace?
