Almost lost one of our Twin boys at age 10 form a head trauma, he had to have 2 brain surgeries, but he is alive and well at 37 yrs old. I can say that was a very traumatic time for my wife and I so I feel your pain, somewhat. you have lost something very near and dear, prayers go out, God bless

So sorry for you and your family. I lost a daughter in her teens, and she donated her organs as well. It is a comfort to me and hopefully to your family, that so many are benefiting from Brody's sacrifice.

Although this story is heart-wrenching I do believe that the ending with Brody donating organs so others may live along with the relief of the family members of the recipients is something the family can grasp onto as positive.
Not a great sentence but you get the idea...
Moving forward Brody's early and unfortunate demise has made the world a much better place for the lucky recipients of his earthly donation.
Still when a tragedy like this hits one of your family members it is a reality that can be mind shattering..
