Default Another exhaust option

Just wondering if anyone has tried out the hooker black heart cat back exhaust? It claims no drone while cruising, by looking at the resonator design it looks believable.

Looks nice from the picture that I can see, and a reasonable price.

Just wondering if anyone has heard this system, even on another car?

Going for 6th exhaust now...you could write up a comparison report!

You do have it bad.

No.... Lol. Just curious as to how well the resonator design works. If it truly is drone free, it is a hell of a deal.

Yes, 304 SS

I saw one vid for a mustang, but it wasn't the greatest video.

Had the Borla ATAK installed today. The drone is similar to the stock npp when open. Love how it barks when you start up the car! I thought it would be obnoxiously loud but damn this is perfect.

By far my favorite set up, how do you like the pop and burble on decel?

Glad you like it, I miss it.

I've thought about this exhaust for years came close to buying it for my 07 Coupe then traded that car for a 13 GS that has the NPP. What are your thoughts on the sound comparison and can it be controlled with a M2W?

I get a big smile every time on decel. It's like a v8 rally car, I shift like a granny just for the pops between gears.

The ATAK ditches the NPP. I haven't heard enough exhaust systems to compare but the ATAK for sure has an aggressive sound. Just starting it up at gas stations will get heads turning in your direction, and no salty looks, just looks lol

My car was an original NPP car, they sounded good, but nothing like the ATAK system.

I sold mine to dkz due to going back to 2.5" for the recall. I have Corsa extremes now and wish I had my ATAK sound back.

Dkz is right, hit that start button and you can not help but smile.

cam + open NPP = better start up sound. I feel tingly inside every time I start my car

I'd rather keep the NPP option than go standard axle back
