Got my Vitesse Throttle controller/enhancer in the mail today. It took about 30 minutes to put it in. Very simple very easy to set up.
It has an economy setting 0-9 and a sport setting 0-9.
(First I guess I should let you know that I have had the car Dyno tuned). The SP9 setting put the car into BEAST MODE. Slight pressure on the gas pedal and it downshifts, revs and flies...
City driving should be good on SP5-6.
Economy mode tames it ALOT. Great for letting the wife drive it when she wants... Haha
I've put about 20 miles on it in SP9 and it's a blast! Total transformation, even tho I've done:
BBK Cold air intake
BBK larger throttle body
Cat back exhaust
160 Deg thermostat
Dyno tuned (aggressively with trans. tune)
Would recommend !
I hid controller in center console.
Very nice post. Yea install is something a monkey can handle. These Vitesse Throttle Controllers seem to be flying off the shelf. At least 10 installs in past week. Nice install and great post!!
And if NSF welches out on this deal, I'll need you to help him "find his checkbook."

Bruze was hoping you would not welch. I do not think he will be happy about this.

Pretty funny who-ah
I just went out to take a look at how/where it gets hooked up at, wife had to come help me out of the car
How the hell do you get up in there, I'm a little ole guy and I don't fit plus 4 back surgeries so bending is not a strong point.
Do you take the seat out ????
Maybe Bruze would come help me

Wait till you try to get both hands up in there while you're on your back. You'll be stuck for days.
Installed mine last night. It is as easy to install and works as well as everyone else has said. It was only 40 degrees out when I took it for a test drive and on level 9 it definitely wanted to break loose at every stoplight. I had a question and emailed him and had a response very quickly. Great product and great customer service.
Looks like nothing but happy customers with the Vitesse, myself being one. Aside from the way the car responds under acceleration, another benefit of a more responsive gas pedal that I've noticed is how much easier the controller makes it to rev-match on downshifts with the manual trans.

I opened the door all the way and reached in from the garage floor. No need to roll over on your back and try to do it from the floorboard of the car. It took me about 2 minutes to unhook the connector, connect the Vitesse in place, and zip tie the wiring and module up out of the way. It took quite a bit longer to initially remove the dash panel than anything else.

next time bring a survival food pack with you, you may need it. I already have someone lined up to do the install should i buy one. still up in the air about this product or the COW tune.
I installed the controller and it works as advertised. It took away all the lag GM thought we needed, I was used to my 01 Suburban which must be 1 to 1 because it has always been real touchy. The Corvette was super slow in comparison but this controller fixed that. Worth the money to me.
