$300 for mine. 35%. Lifetime guarantee. Not ceramic, but a higher grade metallic tint. The tint guy did a good job, but I do have a few small (pinhead size) bubbles which I will address with him early next summer once it warms up, and the tint job has a higher success rate of drying quickly due to the additional heat.
My tinter gave me a card to use on the read window matrix for a couple days after the tinting was done. This helped to clean that up, and it looks good. He used the clear Elmer's glue on that portion.
I've seen several posts about flawless tint jobs, so I know it's possible. I'd ask to see recent jobs that they have done and look them over VERY carefully for any bubbles-even tiny ones. If there's any bubbles at all, find someone else.
I paid 200.00 close to Indianapolis, IN for Mikes Mobile Tint. Went with 15% and is about right. Here is the URL for anyone around Indy wanting it done.
What the hell hasn't GONE UP Welker ???
I admit I'm a cheapskate so I check prices and the inflated prices I see nowadays is unbelievable.
Like yesterday I need 4 plastic push pin panel retainers for 1/4" hole, the ones with the popup pin in the middle so that they can be removed, like Chevy uses a lot of on our Corvettes.
Anyways after finding them I had to buy 2 packages of 3, when I went to pay the guys says they are pricey little buggers, $9.25
But yet the COLA for SS recipients has been zero for the past 3-4 years because Obozo says "No Inflation" so not needed
Rant over

Hey Bobby - next time (or now, for the future), look them up on Ebay. The Chinese sellers sell them by the bag/lot. I got a hundred of them probably less than you paid for 6.

No ****, oh well as usual I was in a hurry and had to have them asap but thanks, maybe I'll buy some assorted sizes for future use
Thanks BS
Bobby
I paid $200.00 total for the side windows and the back. The side window have the darkest legal tint with the approved stickers on them for law enforcement. The back window has the dark limo style tint. I found out at the time there is a special tint available to fit the C6 rear window properly jnstead of a universal type. I did not go for the UV protection style tint. It is harder to see out of the back window at night which I will adress with a future backuo camera. No bubbles or problems. The outside temperature during application can also determine if you will get bubbles. You don't want it applied when it's hot outside.

Thanks CadVette -
I just did a bit of Google research as this is NOT what I thought. I thought hot weather would be better as it would dry faster giving less time for bubble development. Forgot about relative humidity.
I see now that fall is probably the best time, so I may have a chat with my tint guy and see if we can find some mild weather this month to have the windows redone. He can work them with low heat on a gun to get the right.
They are okay, but not perfect. They should be perfect. IMHO.

You're welcome. I learned this form a friend years ago when he refused to tint my windows until the sun went down and it was 10:00 PM. That's when he educated me about how the bubble problem occurs when the outside temperature is too hot.
New York State just passed law that if your tint allows less than 30% of the light in, the car instantly fails the yearly inspection. That's sure to upset a lot of people.
Same, I believe it was $300. Talking with some tint guys, the C6 back window is the nightmare of the industry. The little black dots across the top are next to impossible to seal.
Not satisfied with my back window, but after attending numerous cars coffees and seeing several dozen tints, mine is about average. Once in a great while I see a perfect one.
Who did the tint job, any bubbles in the back window?
Alta Mere Dallas off of Lemmon Ave in Dallas did the work. No bubbles in the tint on any window. The guy did an amazing job, and is used to working on high end cars. He had a Ferrari, Lambo, and a brand new Jaguar in the shop when I was there. He'd done a Mercedes AMG just before working on my car. Very meticulous, and very good at what he does. Call ahead though as he gets booked very quickly.
Just had my 08 done here in northern Pittsburgh. Used 3M's best with lifetime warranty. Said rear window took hours. Threw in windshield banner at no cost. Looks very good, had car for 2 days to check for bubbles. $299 out the door. Good Luck

They do very nice work. My understanding was that sticking with the ceramic would help with Nav function as the antenna is in the floor under the hatch. I do know that having a roll of aluminum foil back there stopped the GPS in the Nav from working.
My guy had to remove tint off both side windows and hatch window, he then did a full limo tint job on all of them with a lifetime guaranteed for 308.00
I went with 3 different levels all away around, night time is a bitch....
What percent did you go with?
I am going with 5% ceramic this weekend for the side and back window. I remember having 5% in the hatch and 15% on the side windows on my Firebird and always wish I went darker. It currently has 35% on it from the previous owner. They are charging me $350 to do the back and side windows in ceramic and $100 to remove the old tint. I may do the windshield later on.
