I don't have it, but the Valentine One is a great choice.

I'm a 360 fan myself, get the blend mount, but not the tap. Instead get the wired smart cord or use the one that comes with it.

I have a pic somewhere

My valentine one has saved my rump so many times ,I've lost count. The directional arrows shows where the radar is too, I love mine and never leave home without it.

I've had 4 or 5 Escorts and loved them all! But I got my Valentine 1 a couple of months ago and it is head and shoulders the best I've ever had. Already paid for itself two times over!!

I have both the escort 8500 and a V1, I tend to prefer the V1.

This is what I have. Outstanding radar detector! The Blendmount makes the V1 look factory installed.

No matter what detector you get make sure you get a Blendmount. They do look like a factory install. I have one in both cars (one is non GM) and move the V1 between vehicles.

Uniden R1 and R3 are the best out there at the moment. Great filtering on BSM/CAS and range that beats the Redline and V1. Plus they're cheaper!

Default Not so fast,,,

Regardless of the brand you have and use, if law enforcement is sitting up on a exit or entrance ramp hill, and has their lazer gun pointed UPWARD to the sky through the windshield.....and here you come barreling down the road, once he drops the lazer beam down upon you your radar detector may go off sounding but its too late. Keep that in mind....
