I did my own halo job on my headlights. I painted the bezel satin black, painted the chrome rings around the headlights to match the car, and cut down the blinker bulb to make a matching ring to mount the switchback halos. I used 60 mm, 70 mm and 90 mm halos from diode dynamics.

The halos were $50 - $65 per pair. The JSB spray paint system was about $80, but its a 3-stage so its more expensive than normal 2-stage colors. I used duplicolor trim and bumper paint for the headlight buckets, about $6. Then 3M tape and RTV is maybe $10. I had some etching primer for the metal rings lying around, as well as primer for the headlight buckets. The Radio Flyer wiring harness that I have ordered to separate the DRL and turn signal wiring is $110, but that is optional.
Then of course, about $3000 in my own personal labor.

I have same.problem with the ambers always on due to DRL and turn signal being the same wire.
You said.you got a wiring harness from Radio Flyer..can you please explain that is that an , how do install it...I hope I dont have to pull out the headlights for this.

Looks great!! I love it! Do you think you could post a parts list for the build? I'm not worried about the process, as I've baked headlights before to modify them, etc. I'm trying to source a parts list to do it myself instead of buying an expensive kit.
