I have owned a few Corvettes over the last forty plus years. I never checked the mileage. For fun I will starting with the next fill up.

2013 GS MN6 always 93 octane since new. Mostly city, mostly short trips, in stop and go traffic. 9-10 mpg. If I do get it out on the highway 24-26

Out of Vettes right now, but with my 2012 coupe, I consistently got about 15 MPG in town. Speed limit on the main drag was 40 MPH, with 8 traffic lights on the 2-mile stretch.

Usually got about 27-28 MPG on 50 miles of interstate at 77 MPH with cruise control.

Always filled up with 93 octane gas.

No mods. Use Shell 93 octane gasoline. Heavy on start but maintain close to speed limits. 18.3mpg in city. One long road trip I got 32.6mpg. 2011 GS vert.

What do you consider city driving? 18.3 is almost unrealistic in that scenario.

Driving in my hometown. Not a big city. Only 82,000 population. Can get anywhere in 15 minutes or less. The MPG posted is from DIC. I have put close to 15,000 miles on it in the year I've had it and fill on average every other week.

2006 Z51 M6 on 91octane before heavy modification running just boltons (CAI, lt headers, xpipe, and SLP Loudmouth exhaust) typically sat 28 - 32mpg hwy, 18-22mpg city.

After built forged 402 stroker, mildly aggressive cam, and Vortech V3 Si it bumped my hwy down to 17-25 depending where I am in the throttle and city is anywhere from 8mpg to 15mpg depending on throttle again.

2012 GS auto running non-ethanol 91 octane, tune tweaked a little by me (mostly tranny tune), other than that it's all stock. Mostly short trips, in-town driving nets 21-22 mpg. Mostly hwy driving, at 75-80 mph nets 24-26 mpg.

Default MPG varies

My best was 38 mpg when I was drafting my cousin in his old VW bus on the turnpike. Otherwise, 25 mpg seems to be my average.

I got 90 MPG with my stock LS2 on a 50-mile jaunt once.

But it was all downhill.

The last thing on my mind when purchasing this Corvette, or any of my hobby cars from the past was the gas mileage.
