The bug bit and the urge was too strong. And so I am leaving the C6 world, and 5 years of great memories, such as the 2014 Caravan, hot laps with buddies at NJMP, Corvette Corrals at Watkins Glen, and lots of great cameraderie.
So, this was goodbye:
Taken outside my house just before "vett_guy" drove to Charleston SC on Saturday (as reported in a couple other threads.) If he has 1/2 as much fun as I did in the C6 world, he'll be one lucky guy!
And, here's why I moved on:
Picked up this pristine Z51 2LT yesterday afternoon in Virginia Beach and got home last night at 9:30. If you know the weather the mid-Atlantic had yesterday, you'll know it was NOT pristine at that point
So, my Vette journey continues -- hope to see a bunch of you during this year's Caravan

Congrats on your C7, and Congrats to Vett Guy on his C6. You will both love them. 2 great cars.
Nice to see Forum members buy from other Forum members.
Enjoy them.
Congrats Fred....love that color and thank you for passing such a great car on to me! Seems like all I've been doing is giving rides to excited family members!
