If I was a betting man, I would say there is a high probability that you are both being less than truthful.

That being said, I don't always park in the same spot (parking garage), so it might be hard to tell. But, truly, there were no obvious spots on the ground!

But hey, give GM a break! They just started building cars a few years ago -- they need time to figure out gasket technology.
When I bought my '07 five years ago, part of the deal was to fix the oil leak before I picked it up. They (a dealer) did and it's been fine since.
