2008 cold environment problem
I noticed this last winter and I'm now seeing it again. When the weather get cold (in the 40's here in AZ), the doors and trunk won't open. When I finally do get in after a slight warm up, it won't start. At first I thought it was key fob related but that was ruled out. I've found via experimentation that if I blow warm air under the dash for a minute (up in the area of the radio), the car comes back to being fully operational. This repeats again the next cold morning. I'm thinking some electronic module in the dash area is unhappy with the cold. Does this sound familiar?
