This particular Tom hangs out at this one intersection all day. When he saw my yellow vette he came right over.
My daughter was there an hour earlier and he went after her truck.
Tom sees himself reflected in the finish he'll mess up the paint real bad. Lucky yours isn't red.
Hitting one of these things at speed ain't pretty either, nearly as bad as deer.
Have a dozen wild turkeys on my parcel, learned to keep a close eye on what they're up to.

this guy use to chase me every day. He would go as far as trying to fly into the truck. Lolol.
he wasn’t friendly at all. I would have to be as aggressive as he would or be bitten. Lolol.
and yes that’s a UPS truck.
Wild Turkeys used to be very shy. Now they seem to be more and more visible. We have a flock that comes through our housing addition a couple of times a year. It used to be quite a feat for a hunter to bag one. Now they are pests like deer.

Retired UPSer here. Bet you wish you had an old version of the DIAD Board. You could pack a punch with that thing!

ive used a few different DIADS in my years.
but the new ones are perfect. The older ones are just not as easy to swing around lol. The new ones fit perfect in dogs mouth as they attempt to attack you lol.
Turkey's, UGGG, I've got tons where I live. They crap everywhere and when in my driveway love to fight with themselves when they see their reflection in the polished lower section of my cargo trailer. Pecking away at it hard. No damage just irritating to have them smashing away on the sides of my trailer.
They run fast and can fly as a last resort for short distances. But come to think of it I've never seen a dead road killed turkey on the roads but 100's of deer a year get whacked around here. Goes to prove that deer can't fly!
