Time to change up the appearance of the engine and engine bay. I want to replace the LS3 covers with valve covers so I can show the "old school" look. Just wondering what guys have tried. Thanks.
Thanks, I appreciate the comment! I did the same thing on my 2011 Camaro (and a bunch more, LOL) and found no one else in the NE area has done the same. Really makes the car stand out at shows. We'll see, hopefully there'll be cruises and shows this year. 2020 was a real bummer!
Thanks everyone for the replies! I may just leave it alone....for now, LOL! I have some other ideas. BTW, I'm buy a floor jack, can anyone tell me will a 3.5" low profile flow jack work with my 2012 GS?
Their 1.5 ton lightweight aluminum race jack works fine - that's what I use. Normally $80, it's regularly on sale for $60. Do you already have the lifting (hockey) pucks for the rocker panels?

Haven't seen this before and I'm interested. What is the base material and will it fit around the alternator cover I have?
I’ve had my custom carbon fiber engine cover on for 14 years and it doesn’t interfere with a alternator cover. Pricey piece when customized. I probably have over a grand in mine.

LOL, modding isn't cheap and the cost isn't bad. Any pics of your engine bay with the cover?
These used to be sold by West Coast then they dropped them. They were made in China, had terrible mounting brackets and the resin in the carbon fiber would start to turn a greenish brown/yellow after a while because there was no UV clearcoat.. We now have our own mold for these as well as a simple mounting system. The alum risers screw down on to the fuel rail studs, then the allen screws secure the cover.
We can customize these any way you like. We just did one for a 57 Chevy resto mod.
We have a lifetime warranty against peeling, fading or cracking.
If you want one I will do a special deal for forum members for $750 shipped.

Can’t speak for what you claim but with 8 coats of clear that cover looks like the day it was painted 14 years ago and the cover is 16 with no flaw as you point out. I understand pushing your product but dissing another vendors product seems unprofessional.
