As someone who purchased the Oracle ghosted black side markers before Cole offered the cheaper alternative, I have to say that I’m very disappointed in Oracle’s product and lack of customer service. One of the side markers does not illuminate fully, only illuminates half way. I contacted Oracle. I provided pictures and receipt of purchase as requested. They denied my warranty claim because it was slightly over the two year period. I explained that my car is stored from October-May every year and these have very limited use as car only has about 500 miles run time with them. They offered to sell me a replacement marker at a discounted price that was more then an entire set of the cheaper version. What a joke! I’m usually a believer in you get what you pay for but that certainly isn’t the case here. Complete waste of $400+. I purchased the cheaper set and will be replacing the Oracles.

Did you purchase the Oracle lights from Cole? Sounds like you might not have? Still worth reaching out to him I think to see if he can help.

No I should have clarified that in the post. I had an issue with my Morimoto headlights purchased from him and his customer service is second to none. Can say enough good things about him.

I wouldn’t expect him to since they weren’t purchased from him. Had I purchased from him I’m sure he would rectify it. It’s a tough pill to swallow but I’ve moved on.

Completely understand what you’ve saying. As we both would agree, his customer service is second to none. My thought was that perhaps he could help in some way with respect to your issues with Oracle.

Yeah I considered the Oracle's when I was first looking at them, but decided they weren't worth the additional cost.

I like the ghosted look - just wish that sat a bit deeper into the quarter panels.
