About to put on some of the dark LED side marker lights. Vette lights has a two options. One is 119 dollars and the other is 200. Is the oracle worth the extra 80 bucks? Or is there another option I should look into?
Smoked Lens Laser LED Markers (also available in clear or Stealth Lens):
These are an awesome value getting the whole plug & play replacement assemblies (all four) with the LED strip pre-built in for only $100 shipped (use code FORUM10 at checkout).
These do not require any paintwork to achieve this blackout look thus making the price of them really hard to pass up if comparing to a ghosted black oracle set at the $300’s or the morimotos near the $200’s (which will release later this year).
Oracle SMD Concept LED Markers (come unpainted, can be blacked out or color matched):
If leaning towards unpainted, I prefer the diffused lens on the laser LED markers. If you want a truly fine line with paintwork to contain any “blur” away from the LED strip, the painted oracles look phenomenal and achieve this very sharp line effect. Color matched lens is also an awesome feature of them to match up well to any mods whether they be chrome, black, etc.

I bought the Laser markers from PFYC right after they came out. Nobody else was offering them yet, and the price was WAY WAY less than the Oracles. They have been great, and I love the way they look at night with the bright, clean line of light.
Javaman, Its as simple as blinking your eye, if you have issues pm me and ill call you and walk you thru it.
Thanks Leebay - after watching the video even someone as mechanically challenged as me ought to be able to do it!! LOL! Appreciate the support! While I’m in there I’m going to make sure my headlights are properly adjusted. Had the car out one night last week and while the road signs were illuminated, the road itself was not. Left/right seems good. Just thinking I need to lower the projector a bit.
I realize LEDs offer a different ‘light pattern’ but I do think I’m off a bit.
here's another heads up for Cole @ Vette lights. Great products, shipping and customer service(if needed). I've got the Morimoto headlights, foglight, tails and side lights all leds.
