Ongoing start issues
I swear this car will be the end of me!
cut a long story short.
I have a turbo c6 that started experiencing hot start issues, so far I have
-heat wrapped the downpipe
-fitted an exhaust blanket round the area near the starter
-replaced solenoid on current starter but that didn’t help
-bought a powermaster high torque starter but turns out it doesn’t fit as the terminals touch the downpipe
-fitted a brand new battery
-did the big 3 wire upgrade
-bought a new standard starter and fitted it today, went to start the car and now i get it just cranking and spluttering or crazy clicking. Car won’t start.
what could it be now?
