Thanks guys! I live in a condo complex so no choice when it comes to the maintainer at this point, so all your suggestions are really helpful! I appreciate it!!

The other option is to store it a couple hundred miles South of NY (NC/SC/FL/GA) and visit it for a day or two each month to ensure it gets some love and care.

The “car capsules” work very well. It’s a pain in the *** to get them in and out but for winter storage they are great. There is a place to route a cord for a tender. I keep my c6 and c4 in one and zero rodent problems or holes chewed in the capsule. I live next to a field in iowa and mice are a problem. They are 500 bucks on Amazon or their website. Get one if you are on the fence. They help me sleep at night knowing a rodent isn’t chewing on my wiring….

I store mine in a barn that's been converted for use as a garage and it has wood plank floor. I screw a tarp down onto the floor before parking it for the winter to stop condensation from developing on the underside every time there's a change in temperature.

Otherwise, I add fuel stabilizer, fill the tank, drive a few miles, and then I disconnect negative terminal and put the battery on a tender for a week once every 2 months.

If you have to park outside I'd recommend removing battery until the spring. You can then re-install it and it should fire up.
You probably need to leave the hood popped so you can open it when needed.
If you live in a condo is there no access for parking ?
Sometimes you can rent an indoor parking spot from someone who has one but doesn't use it.

Don't leave the hood popped! Make sure you can open the hatch/trunk with the key. Assuming you can, then locate the door release cable. With that you can get in and open the hood release.
