This can actually be fixed if you want to keep the cover that's on there now. It just needs to be re-glued. Would probably cost you around $50 at an upholstery shop.

Thanks guys for your responses! I contacted Vette Candy and didn't receive a response. They are PERMANENTLY CLOSED according to internet posting... I will check with a local upholstery shop to see if it can be reglued....and will follow up here. Thanks again!!

I had a local upholstery shop custom make me one with extra padding for my elbow, was <$200 IIRC.

If you are handy, you can remove the cover, and glue a 1/4" think foam on the piece, then reuse the cover and pull it tight on re-installation.

This ^^^. Similar to the dashboard fix, just a LOT easier. Worth a try, unless you want a new look.
