I’ll give you an opinion and that’s all it is. Since you already changed the driver door control module and the problem persists, the odds are that it’s not the module. If this was a common problem with the module, there’d be more internet search hits on the problem. The module doesn’t act on its own. From what I read, it gets signals from the BCM in order to do something, and there’s also interaction between the RCDLR and the BCM when door pads are pressed, the interior door release button is pressed and so on. I’d say you’d need to plug a scanner into the OBD2 port that can monitor signals between those devices to see what is actually happening when the malfunction occurs. Throwing expensive and hard to source parts at the problem is not optimum. Just my .02 worth.

Thanks again for your opinion. Yes I do hope that the door control module is not the issue, as it is impossible to source. And you are right, there should be more hits on exactly that if it was the main cause. I have indeed connected a diagnose unit from a skilled friend of mine several times, unfortunately it does not give us much help in the way of giving out meaningful error codes. However, when we read the signals as you mentioned, they tell us that activates and deactivets without stopping before we lock the car (can't remember exactly where those signals come from, but as I have to go again I will find out). I guess I'll just have to swap the inner and outer door pads again, maybe swap the other door module again (I swapped back to my original one as it made no difference as mentioned) and hope this issue goes away..
Hi gents, for those of you that might be intersted in that status of my issue, it's solved...In my case it was the outside door opener, swapped with the one on the passanger side and found out that way..Yes I should indeed have done this a long time ago, knowing all I learned along the way..But at least I leraned a lot in the process, and hopefully it can help other C6 owners in here if the should ever get the same issue.
Thanks a lot for your replies and help guys, much appreciated.
