Default Nor-easter

Oh boy, I am on the south shore of Massachusetts, we are getting ready for a potential blizzard. I don't think I will be on the road until late March. No fun.

Have you ever really gotten your car out before March?

I was tempted to roll mine out today and got sidetracked

If we don't have a particularly snowy winter and the roads are salt free I will drive the car. This winter has been no fun for the fun car.

I usually don’t roll out til may/june. The amount of salt on the roads by me is ridiculous.Seeing that white dust all over the car would drive me insane.

Don't know how y'all stand that. Give me 95 degree humid Texas summers and 80 degree February's all day long.

Be safe out in it. Motorcycle ride this evening was nice.

Having spent 37 years in Florida, when I decided to move back to northeast everyone was giving me hard time down there. Lol

All I said was hey least I can dress warm, I can’t dress cold. Lol

I'm in the colder section of central Ma. We have snow and mud usually till April. Winter sucks! Good luck with the storm we will need it!

The last decent storm we got in January I saw a C6 out on the road when it was coming down pretty good.

Same here, saw the rain on Friday and thought "good, it will clean up all the dirt and salt in the road, a perfect time for a C-6 ride"! Guess I thought too soon...

I took a spin this afternoon in my DD to take a gander at the ocean and I saw a C7 tooling around. Too much salt on the road for me. I feel bad for my DD!

I was in western Mass when United Technologies laid off my entire engineering department in Oct '83. I went skiing for 2 months then started looking for a job after New Years. Had an interview in Fond Du Lac, WI one day, it was -20 when I flew out of there to Greenville, SC where it was 50 degrees. And I could see mountains out the plane window. Thought I might give more southern climes a chance and I'm still here 42 years later. I like having 4 seasons, get a little snow most winters but still get the Vette and motorcycle up into the Blue Ridge during warm spells. When it gets too GD hot in July and August I go to Canada.
