Default Changed my oil today and found this:

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

We always hear the horror stories about broken rockers and finding needle bearings during oil changes. I just hit 9500 on my 07Z and not a single problem. She's still stock for the most part, some OEM upgrades, floor mats, tint, GMPP warranty, etc. still drives and smells like new. time to go have some fun.

I think I am going to start doing the same thing. Everytime I do an oil change...or heck even drive the car hard for a few miles I am going to start a thread that nothing went wrong, to offset all the folklore on the forum.

I will be doing a 45k oil change in the next several weeks. I don't expect to find anything.

I did that some time ago and many of the comments are a riot.

Typical responses. I am going to start doing the same thing now. I am at 30% oil life now on the DIC so I'll be due for an oil change soon and can post up

Continuations on being in the "win" column!
Btw, did you just list GMPP as a mod? Lol!

Sounds pretty bad. When I change my oil, I usually find about the same amount of oil as I put in there. Is the engine toast?
