Changed my oil today and found this:
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING
We always hear the horror stories about broken rockers and finding needle bearings during oil changes. I just hit 9500 on my 07Z and not a single problem. She's still stock for the most part, some OEM upgrades, floor mats, tint, GMPP warranty, etc. still drives and smells like new. time to go have some fun.

I think I am going to start doing the same thing. Everytime I do an oil change...or heck even drive the car hard for a few miles I am going to start a thread that nothing went wrong, to offset all the folklore on the forum.
