Nice choice, congrats.

Can you tell me the model of 4-post lift you have? Any clearance issues with width, i.e., how close on the sides?

It's a Rotary Lift model: SM123-10. This is pretty much a full size lift and I have no clearance issues at all. It's connected to my DynoJet 224X.

What specific clearance issues are you curious about?

Congrats! Definitely watch the clearance on that lift against the carbon fiber front splitter, but it sounds like you've got it figured out.

Definitely! I put 2x4's under the ramps for added clearance.

No worries I figured that was the case. I was surprised how crappy that pic came out when I uploaded it. My phone usually takes much better pics. I'll take some with a real camera once it stops raining here.

Concerned about the splitter and clearance for mirrors. I see that you answered those questions above. Thanks.

congrats, make sure you get the driving school cert. SpringMountain Motorsports ranch is a great place to get introduced to the performance abilities of these wonderful motorcars in a controled and safe enviroment, the instructors are all very encouraging, not critical of you , spring for the 3rd day, then you will be hooked for sure .level 2 is even more fun thanks to Rick, Rocky, Ricardo, Ken, Kelly, and Victor. Enjoy your new toy !

Yeah there is a TON of side clearance. It's a very wide lift with the posts being 9.5' apart. However you definitely need to use a 2x4 under the ramp so the front end doesn't scrape.

I am VERY excited about the driving school. I've always been a drag racer but have wanted to try road racing for years. I have a feeling once I do it i'll be hooked. Unfortunately I called Spring Mountain today and they are booked through June so it's going to be a few months.
